poor facilities

the location was perfect, just a short walk away from attractions, food stalls, and bars in the old part of town. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and enjoyed spending time in the lobby meeting other guests.

The wifi in the guesthouse was slow, which made it difficult to use our devices at times.

The value for money at this place was incredible. The room had everything I needed, from a fully functional AC to a washing machine. The location was perfect, close to everything in town. The staff treated me like family, offering me meals and even a free grab ride to the bus station.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the location, close to everything in the UNESCO area, and easy access to transportation like the nearby bus station and free CAT bus to the ferry. Also, the staff was friendly and the hotel was surprisingly clean.

The staff were super nice and always ready to help. the location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the shops and restaurants. the free Wi-Fi was very fast and consistent, which was great. the room was clean and comfortable, with lots of space and a lovely view of the town.

The walls were a bit thin so we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, but it wasn't too bad. the bathroom was a bit small, but it did the job.

The Hostel, while cheap, offered a convenient location within the city and the friendly staff was always willing to help. The room came equipped with an air conditioner and mini-fridge, which was a nice surprise.

The hostel fell short in other areas. The room was not very clean upon arrival and it never felt like it was adequately cleaned during the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city with plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff, particularly Jefrey, were incredibly helpful and entertaining. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, which made a big difference in the hot weather. this hotel offered great value for money and made my stay in the city memorable.
